The new year invites a gentle return to ourselves, a moment to pause, clear space, and step forward with intention. This morning retreat is designed to help you shift out of the noise and into a grounded, replenished sense of clarity.
We’ll begin with an opening circle to arrive together, followed by a slow, nourishing flow that eases into longer yin-style holds to release tension and reconnect you with your breath. After a short transition, you’ll move through warming sauna and invigorating ice bath cycles, supporting circulation, boosting energy, and enlivening the senses.
Towards the end of the session, tea and snacks will be waiting so you can shower, change, and unwind at your own pace. We’ll finish the morning with a closing circle, sending you into the year feeling centred, refreshed, and deeply renewed. Through shared rituals of movement, breath, heat, and cold, we reconnect with ourselves and each other, held by the strength of community.
