Enjoy a dynamic vinyasa flow with meditation and breath work, followed by a digestive elixir and delicious sit down brunch. Modifications will be offered to suit all levels.

Brunch will be a seasonal and sustainable spread of delicious and nourishing vegan and vegetarian dishes, designed for sharing. Please advise of any dietary restrictions.

Please bring water, a yoga mat and good intentions! We recommend to wear appropriate clothing for yoga (comfortable, stretchy clothes) that you are comfortable staying in for Brunch after, as there are no changing rooms available.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up and relax before the class starts at 10.30.
